Apprendiamo con sconcerto che il Ministro Jean-Noël Barrot ha dichiarato, sulla base di affermazioni mai pronunciate dalle Relatrice Onu sui diritti umani nei Territori Palestinesi Occupati, che la Francia chiederà alle Nazioni Unite di dimissionare dal suo incarico la dottoressa Francesca Albanese.
Dovrebbe essere un obbligo per chi riveste cariche pubbliche informarsi sulla veridicità dei fatti prima di assumere una qualsiasi iniziativa.
Ci auguriamo tutti che il Signor Barrot si scusi e corregga la sua posizione.

On exprime notre desarroi concernant la déclaration du Ministre Jean-Noel Barrot à propos de Francesca Albanese.
Il a déclarè que la France va demander de relever de ses fonctions la Rapporteuse spécial des Nations Unies pour les droits humains des Territoires Palestiniens ossupés sur la base de declaration jamais prononcées par Francesca Albanese.
Quelcu'un qui a un rôle institutiomel devrait se renseigner sur la véracitè des faits avant de prendre toute iniziative. Mains le Ministre Barrot ne l'à pas fait.
Nous souhaitons tous que M. Barrot présente des excuses et rectifie sa position.

“With our uttermost disappointment we learned about a public statement by French Secretary Jean-Noël Barrot who, on the basis of no evidence-based alleged declaration by United Nation Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, notified a soon-to-be-issued demand by the French country to remove Francesca Albanese from her second term in the capacity of Special Rapporteur.
That all officers serving at the highest ranks of public administration base their statements and judgements on grounded verifiable data is nothing but their duty, before taking any action whatsoever.
We wholeheartedly hope that Mr. Barrot will apologize and rectify his stance.”
